It is rotating display rack for Jewelry Earrings 108 Grooves. Large rack with 6 manual rotating 360 degrees strips with 9 plastic 4 1/8" wide 2" high grooved plastic rectangles.
So you have 108 4 1/8" wide grooves for merchandise. The base rotates 360 degrees and has a ball bearings. The top has a logo.The middle has 3 mirror strips.The display is 28" High 12" top diameter and 15" base diameter 15 lbs.
